1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the interview training platform (hereinafter referred to as "Platform"). By registering and using the Platform, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Description

The Platform offers a service for interview training with the help of artificial intelligence (AI). Users can:

• Create and describe interviews
• Conduct interview conversations with AI
• Manage and delete interviews
• Purchase credits via Stripe payment processing

3. Registration and Account

Registration is done via Hanko authentication. You agree to:

• Provide truthful information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Not share your account with third parties
• Inform us of unauthorized access

4. Credits System

4.1 Purchasing Credits

Credits can be purchased via Stripe Checkout. Various credit packages are available (see Settings). After successful payment, credits will be added to your account.

4.2 Using Credits

Credits are required for creating interviews and starting interview sessions. The exact credit costs are displayed in the application (Home page and Settings) and may be adjusted over time.

4.3 Expiration Date

Credits have no expiration date and are valid as long as your account is active.

4.4 Refund

Already used credits cannot be refunded. For technical issues, please contact our support (see Imprint).

5. Payment and Withdrawal

5.1 Payment Methods

Payments are processed via Stripe. Stripe accepts common payment methods (credit card, SEPA, etc.).

5.2 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if you start using the credits and have expressly agreed that the right of withdrawal expires.

6. Usage Rights and Obligations

6.1 Permitted Use

The Platform may only be used for private, non-commercial, or professional training purposes.

6.2 Prohibited Use

The following uses are prohibited:

• Illegal, offensive, or discriminatory content
• Spam or service abuse
• Attacks on the Platform infrastructure
• Automated scraping or reverse engineering
• Resale or commercial distribution of credits

7. Data Processing and AI

Interview content and chat messages are processed by AI language models to enable interview conversations. Details about data processing can be found in our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

8.1 Limitation of Liability

We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages based on intent or gross negligence. Otherwise, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to contract-typical, foreseeable damages.

8.2 AI Content

AI-generated responses are for training purposes only. We assume no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for specific purposes.

8.3 Availability

We strive for high Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance work may result in temporary outages.

9. Account Deletion and Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. After deletion, all personal data will be removed within 30 days. Unused credits expire upon account deletion without claim for refund.

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be communicated to you via email or upon login. If you do not agree to the changes, you can terminate your account.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Partenheim, if legally permissible.

12. Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
